All products are delivered digitally and no physical goods are shipped.

2. Access and Delivery

Access to purchased digital products is granted immediately upon successful payment through your online account.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided during purchase is correct and accessible.

3. Personal Use Only

All products and materials provided by DaoSense are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, resold, published, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available through DaoSense, including but not limited to texts, workbooks, graphics, downloads, audio recordings, videos, membership materials, and educational resources, remains the intellectual property of DaoSense unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

5. Membership Subscription

Membership subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

Cancellation prevents future charges. Access to membership content remains available until the end of the current billing period and then expires automatically.

DaoSense may occasionally update, modify, expand, or improve membership content and services.

6. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Due to the digital nature of all products and services, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

By purchasing digital content, the customer expressly agrees that delivery begins immediately and acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal may expire once access to the digital content has been provided.

All content provided by DaoSense is intended solely for educational and informational purposes.
