Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal

Digital Products

DaoSense offers digital products, including downloadable workbooks, online educational materials, and membership content.

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the download has begun.

By purchasing digital content from DaoSense, the customer expressly agrees that delivery begins immediately after purchase and acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal expires once access to the digital content has been provided.

Memberships

DaoSense memberships may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.

Cancellation prevents future charges. Access to membership content remains available until the end of the current billing period and will then terminate automatically.

No refunds are provided for partially used membership periods.
