Refund Policy

Digital products delivered by DaoSense, including downloadable workbooks, online educational content, and membership access, are non-refundable once access has been granted or the download has started.

By purchasing digital content, the customer expressly agrees that access begins immediately and acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal expires once delivery of the digital content has started.

Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future payments and access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
