Product Description

Earth’s wisdom on home, food, and the power of care

This workbook is dedicated to the Earth element as the center of nourishment, stability, and belonging in Chinese medicine.

Earth governs our ability to receive and transform nourishment — through food, care, rhythm, and the environments we live in. It forms the foundation of postnatal Qi, the energy we build each day through digestion, breath, and the quality of our daily life. When Earth is supported, we feel grounded, clear, and held within ourselves.

Over four weeks, this workbook guides you through the core aspects of the Earth element: the imprint of care and early nourishment, your relationship with food and your center, the meaning of home and belonging, and the ability to pause and receive what life has already brought forth.

Rather than approaching Earth as an abstract concept, this workbook explores how its movement appears in daily life — in digestion, emotional stability, self-care, boundaries between giving and receiving, and the quiet cultivation of inner strength.

It combines clear theoretical foundations from Chinese medicine with embodied reflection, practical exercises, and gentle rituals. Through food, touch, and attention, you are invited to strengthen your center and reconnect with the steady ground that carries you.

Your questions, answered

Chinese Medicine – isn’t it just herbs and acupuncture?

Yes, those are part of it — but Chinese medicine is much more than that.

Well-known therapies such as acupuncture and herbal medicine are important components, but the real depth lies in its holistic way of understanding life.

Chinese medicine means that:

  • everything in life — our emotions, symptoms, illnesses, and even different treatment approaches — can be understood and interpreted through its perspective.
  • whenever something affects the body, it can be understood in Chinese medical terms.
  • whenever the body “speaks,” Chinese medicine helps us learn its language.

In short: Chinese medicine is a living wisdom that helps you recognize patterns and connections in everyday life — far beyond individual therapies.

Are protected or endangered animal species used in Chinese medicine?

No. This is no longer common practice and is strictly rejected by responsible practitioners and providers.

The protection of endangered species is very important to us.

Modern Chinese medicine works with plant-based, mineral, and everyday-accessible substances. The use of products derived from protected animal species is ethically and legally unacceptable and plays no role in our work or offerings.

Is it true that Chinese medicine is against raw food, dairy, and bread?

No — not in such a general way.

Chinese medicine always focuses on the individual. Nutrition depends on constitution, lifestyle, and current condition — what is supportive for one person may not be for another.

For some people, for example those with Yin deficiency, internal heat, or a strong digestive center, raw foods or yogurt can be very suitable and supportive. For others, they may be less appropriate.

There are no rigid rules or bans — instead, there is an invitation to listen closely to what truly nourishes you.

Tip: In the membership, you learn how to understand your body better and interpret its signals — helping you discover what genuinely supports and nourishes you.
